They did as asked with the sympathy flowers I ordered for my brother in law’s celebration of life service. This was an international order from the USA. So, for anyone wondering where to order your flowers, for whatever reason, I’d highly recommend Flowers by Jane. The arrangement they provided was beautiful!

Amazed at a nearly immediate after-hours response by Jane to my very late request for Funeral flowers! She is going above and beyond to take care of us! That means so much at this time of great loss when I cannot be in AU myself to honor the life of the BEST BIG BROTHER a kid (and now this old grammie) could have ever had! Thank you, Jane! Thank you, Flowers By Jane TEAM!!! I won't forget your help and great service when I'm wanting to send love and encouragement to my dear sister-in-love! :) Update: The flowers were delivered in time for the memorial service. Because they were so lovely, they were placed in front of the tribute and remembrance table for the service. My sister-in-love was pleased, and she even divided them into two big lovely arrangements once she got them home... the lilies were photographed a few days later once they began opening.

I have been going to Flowers By Jane as my go to florist for wedding bouquet referrals, work gift celebrations for baby showers and birthdays and Jane has never disappointed. Jane is a true artesian of her craft and I highly recommend her service. 5 stars *****

This florist met all expectations for a delivery of colourful boxes of a mix of blooms. Ordered by phone late morning, flowers arrived mid-afternoon. Friendly service & accurate cards & delivery. Value for money.🌸 …

Local business owner Ryan helped me choose the perfect flowers to send to my grieving friends. Ryan even sent me a pic of the beautiful flowers before they were sent and then informed when delivered. Wonderful service thank you Ryan

Flowers by Jane is simply amazing! I've used Jane's services twice now, and her bouquets are absolutely stunning. For my last order at Christmas, I mentioned my wife had a red theme and needed cat-friendly flowers. Jane delivered beautifully—my wife was blown away by the arrangements (photos attached).
